This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sous LLC ("Company") for the use of the Sous application ("Application").
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for internal business operations related to the management of restaurant locations within your organization.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Application; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; (c) sublicense, lease, or lend the Application to any third party; (d) use the Application for any purpose other than authorized internal business operations.
The Application integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Toast POS, 7Shifts, and AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
The Application accesses financial, operational, and workforce data from connected third-party services. Data is cached in a secure database to provide fast dashboard access. Cached data is refreshed periodically from the source systems. You retain ownership of all your business data.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
